Let’s Go!

The Let’s Go! Project is a new FREE wellbeing and physical activity programme, designed for adults who experience mental health difficulties, trauma, low confidence, social isolation or other barries to being physically active.

Many of the people we support through our counselling and wellbeing services want to become more active but often face challenges such as anxiety, lack of confidence, financial difficulties, physical inactivity, or concerns about joining mainstream sports and fitness groups. This project has been developed specifically to remove those barriers and provide a safe, supportive, and encouraging environment where participants can build confidence and improve both their physical and emotional wellbeing.

What the Project Involves

The project will run from August 2026 to March 2027 and support approximately 200 participants through three structured activities:

  • Therapeutic Walking Group
  • Private Swimming Sessions

  • Couch to 5K Programme

PLEASE NOTE – You must call us to express interest and book your place. All the activities are free of charge.
