The Service extends to everybody 16y+ in the Muslim Ummah in a 2m radius of GASPED, regardless of their culture or denomination.

This includes our brothers and sisters, who find themselves displaced from their Country to Wakefield. We understand the multiple/complex losses they are dealing with that may be incomprehensible to the public.

Muslim Bereavement Service, provide a free complimentary aftercare with;

  • Counselling to anyone struggling with Grief & Loss (inc historical).
  • Group Work to tackle Isolation, Loneliness and General Wellbeing.
  • 1-2-1 Emotional & Practical support to deal with everyday matters.
